We offer paddle only sessions, sunset, full moon, destination paddles, youth programs, race training and private & group lessons. Our 7:30am and 8:30am sessions also offer a combined beach workout followed by paddleboarding.......It’s a fun way to incorporate functional fitness & help improve your balance, strength & conditioning while paddling.
Paddleboarding Fitness Sessions
* 1 hour sessions
* Complete beginners through advanced exercisers and paddlers
* Expert instruction by Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialists, Lifeguards & Paddlefit Instructors
* All Paddleboards and training equipment provided (Board, Paddle, Leash, PFD)
* Coaching of overall paddle concept, water safety & proper technique
